All of the events, apart from the clay pigeon shooting, take place in a specially converted barn. Before we start any of the events
there is a full safety briefing and all of rules are strictly enforced - making sure everybody has a safe and fun time.

Air Rifle Range

The range is set up with both traditional targets, balloons, tin cans and a few unusual ones as well.
Everybody is taught how to hold, aim and fire an air rifle and there are medals for first, second and
third top scores.

Archery Range

The “Robin Hood” Archery range is one of our favourites -
here you can shoot your arrow at regular targets or try one
of our simulated animal targets including Wild Boar or Coyote. There is also a small competition at the end.

Clay Pigeon Shooting

Using a lightweight 410 shotgun shooting real cartridges at real clays.
This is about as good as it gets! After the safety briefing everybody is given
a “one on one” lesson and then under strict supervision they get to have a go.
There is also a small competition at the end.

Catapult Range

The “Tin Can Alley” range is great fun. Using modern catapults
see how many targets you can knock down.
